`bot.privileges` has been deprecated for over 5 years. There were some growing pains along the way, which is why `bot.channels` didn't take the front seat as quickly as it could have, but we're ready now.

So, this will have some merge conflict with a future PR I've in a local branch, but heh, nothing too hard to fix in theory.
