Duplicate activation classes in Jersey starter with JDK11+

jersey-common has a JDK 11 profile that brings com.sun.activation:jakarta.activation:jar. The build currently fails but I don't understand why it didn't fail before so an investigation is in order.

I was chasing the wrong end of the problem. That's a regression due to the Jackson upgrade as jackson-module-jaxb-annotations brings now jakarta.activation:jakarta.activation-api.
