MultipleOpenApiResource issue? #771

Description

@SledgeHammer01

I'm using SpringDoc 1.4.3. I have multiple definitions, v1 and v2. v1 doc is at http://localhost:8080/v3/api-docs/v1 as expected. Doing negative testing, when we go to http://localhost:8080/v3/api-docs/v3 (doesn't exist), this results in a 500 error. Looking at MultipleOpenApiResource: openapiJson and openapiYaml methods call getOpenApiResourceOrThrow which throws a IllegalStateException if the path is not found. This should return a 404 to handle gracefully, no?
