In https://github.com/Shadowsocks-NET/QvStaticBuild/actions, nearly 2/3 of recent workflow runs failed because of this.

For my other projects, nearly half of the release attempts were botched by this. GitHub does not appear to be interested in fixing this. Adding retries seems to be the only solution at the moment.

GitHub may have finally fixed this? I haven't seen a single upload failure since last week.

For reference, we have been using this action on a project for a while now, and this issue happens very frequently

All 3 failures in a row were due to ECONNRESET. The job is 15 minutes of building, followed by uploading the zip as an artifact.
