This is the Deis Docs repo. This PR is the set of changes I've applied to teamhephy/workflow in order to make https://docs.teamhephy.info

I'm trying to carefully ensure that all links are maintained in good working order or ported forward if needed, so I reverted some "deisthree" strings to plain old "deis" where it made sense, and changed some remaining "deis" and "deisthree" strings into "teamhephy" or "hephy" where it made sense.

We've rebuilt the charts as http://charts.teamhephy.info/ and that's usable now, except for the minor component workflow-manager which still believes all of the components should be called deis-*: teamhephy/workflow-manager#2

There are a lot of moving parts labeled "deis" and it's going to be a fairly long process to change them all to say "hephy". Some of them may stay the way they are, but docs should all be updated before our work is done.

This process should not be short-circuited as the update will serve as a reminder that we have visited and rebuilt a component and at least nominally confirmed it works in the new hephy builds.

Notably, at least for now, the namespace to deploy into has to stay deis because one of the components has hardcoded a reference to the Kubernetes namespace deis (and I can't remember which, or I'd tell you...) this will break if you tried to deploy Deis/Hephy into another namespace.
