Multi-Language Support

Summary
The current system supports only a single language (typically English), which limits its global usability and adoption. To enhance the system's internationalization and user experience, we request the addition of multi-language support, allowing users to select their preferred interface language.
Background
As our business expands globally, an increasing number of users are accessing our system from different countries and regions. Implementing multi-language support will significantly improve user experience, enhance system accessibility, and better serve international markets.
Specific Requirements

1. Supported Languages
   English (default language)
   Simplified Chinese
   Japanese
   Korean
   Spanish
   French
   German
   Russian
   Arabic
2. Functional Implementation
   Language Switching:
   Users should be able to select their preferred language in the system settings.
   The system should support real-time language switching without requiring a re-login or application restart.
   Interface Translation:
   All interface elements (including menus, buttons, and prompts) should dynamically display in the user's selected language.
   Translations should be accurate and natural, adhering to the conventions of the target language.
   Dynamic Content Support:
   System-generated dynamic content (e.g., error messages, help documentation) should also support multiple languages.
