crypto_shorthash_siphashx24() cannot be found by Android

The native function crypto_shorthash_siphashx24() cannot be found in libsodium.so by Android. It can be found on Java though 😕

Perhaps there is an underlying function that is causing this error in Android. Will have to investigate further.

For now, I have removed the function in version 1.0.3.

It can be found by Android.

It's just that when compiling the native library you must check that the flag SODIUM_MINIMAL_FLAG is not defined or 0.

Possibly related to this line.

I'm leaving it removed - seems like the normal crypto_shorthash_siphash24() is sufficient for most cases.
