v15: Margins missing in Settings section

Bug summary

Settings is missing margins, that are not missing on the Content section.

Specifics

See the red markers:

Title might be a little subjective, but Content (see below) feels a lot more spacey.

Steps to reproduce

Install Umbraco and go to the Settings tab.

Do mind, when the workspace-editor gets a scrollbar, the same happens in the Content section:
