How to Read a Grid Property From Content Element

### Issue description

I am using v1.4.1 of the client library but can't seem to find a strongly typed model for reading a grid property from a content type in Umbraco Heartcore. Does this exist in the client library or do I have to manually recreate the grid control hierarchy in my own model so that it can be parsed from the JSON?
