Fix scroll restoration on route change with sticky headers
Issue ticket #: 64441
Tests:
I added an integration test under test/integration/scroll-restoration-on-navigation to cover this scenario.
Due to local environment limitations (Playwright dependencies on my OS), I wasn’t able to run it locally, but the behavior has been verified manually in a real browser and it is working as expected now.
Outcome:
