Code Review
This pull request introduces a DeploymentWrapper to simplify the creation of Deployment objects in integration tests. The new wrapper and its fluent API significantly improve the readability and maintainability of the deployment_webhook_test.go file by abstracting away the boilerplate for Deployment creation. The changes are well-implemented. I have one suggestion to improve maintainability by using predefined constants instead of hardcoded values in the new wrapper.
