Addition of libedit in Photon and make use of it for PostgreSQL's client psql

As far as I can see from scanning the photon repository, we have support for libreadline but not libedit? Is that really wanted or are there license issues to just have libreadline?

libedit package was added to 3.0.

Regarding second part:
Do you want us to use --with-libedit-preferred instead of --with-readline while configuring?

For Postgres? I guess it depends on what we want for the licensing. Having libedit is actually useful for some builds I maintain.

libedit is BSD licensed and it is already in Photon 3.0 repository.
For now, it is just a question of what postgresql should: readline or libedit?
If you say libedit then we can do this change ))

Linking BSD-like with BSD is a good idea.
