vdk-structlog: incorporate functionality of vdk-logging-format #2812
Description
Overview
vdk-logging-format and vdk-structlog both introduce new logging formats, handlers, etc. Ideally, the functionality of vdk-logging-fomrat should become part of vdk-structlog. After that, vdk-logging-format should be deprecated.
Acceptance Criteria
- Transfer functionality of vdk-logging-format to vdk-structlog
- Deprecate vdk-logging-format (deprecation should follow https://github.com/vmware/versatile-data-kit/wiki/Coding-Standard#deprecations)
