Initial version of the wiki

First version of the wiki pages - these are all markdown files located in the ./wiki directory of the repo. PRs changing that directory will trigger a GitHub Action that will update the Wiki repo of the project making the changes available at https://github.com/vmware/vrealize-developer-tools/wiki
