Description

Remove the experimental TS flag and use latest fling version by default

Checklist

  • Lint and unit tests pass locally with my changes

Release Notes

  • Enable TypeScript features by default
  • Remove the experimental TypeScript flag from the settings
  • Use 2.12.5 as default vRBT version
