[Bug Report][3.11.3] Issue when multiple v-color-picker in a v-form

Environment

Vuetify Version: 3.11.3
Vue Version: 3.6.0-alpha.6
OS: Windows 10 (current)

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a v-form with two v-color-picker inside. You'll get an error that breaks the validation model of the v-form

Expected Behavior

I should not get an error of name already exists when using two color pickers in the same form

Actual Behavior

Today i get an error linked to hardcoded name in the slider of the color picker. This issue arised with the vuetify version 3.9.4
