Add support for mmdb geoip

Hi wargio , It is possible to add in the white list IP, something like Nginx country code using GeoIP:

ap $naxsi_country_code  {
		LR		Ignore_country;
		US		Ignore_country;
		RU		Ignore_country;
		
	}

This is a very good idea, have to check how this is implemented in other software but we could implement this by adding a new keyword to load the database and two other to either block or ignore the IP.
