M104 Branch Framework Compatibility with iOS Versions #8

I noticed that in this project, the compiled framework from the M104 branch is compatible with iOS 10.0. However, in the official Google repository, the build script for the M104 branch requires iOS 12.0. Could you please explain the reason for this discrepancy? Is there a specific modification or adjustment made in this project that allows compatibility with an earlier version of iOS?
