qEOM-UCC/Davidson

qEOM-UCC/Davidson is a quantum computing algorithm to compute molecular excited states. Users who want to use qEOM-UCC/Davidson algorithm need to install OpenFermion-QCHEM interface

Requirements

  • Q-CHEM 5.4+
  • OpenFermion 1.3+
  • OpenFermion-QChem 1.0+

Installation

To use qEOM-UCC/Davidson:

git clone https://github.com/yongbinkim-chemist/qEOM-UCC.git
cd qEOM-UCC
python -m pip install -e .

PyPI releases soon to be available.

The formalism of qEOM-UCC/Davidson is demonstrated in the paper. Users can find the data and examples at the ipython notebook.
