Option to use same scale for graphs on Taskbar #2227

- I have read the wiki page and make sure that the current version of TrafficMonitor does not provide this feature.

Describe the feature
The network graphs on the taskbar use their own independent scales, so when you are downloading something at let's say 220mbps and uploading also let's say 34mbps, both the graphs are completely filled from top to bottom, while it is technically not wrong in doing this, for someone's eyes at a glance looks like both upload and download is happening at the same speed. So, to avoid this, if we could use same scale for both, it would be in this example high for download and low for upload, making it obvious that the upload and download speeds are not matched.
