Networking: test and enable (if possible) on F7 boards

ArduPilot 4.5.x (and higher) support networking but not on F7 boards. We should test the CPU utilisation is acceptable on F7 boards and if it is, enable it.

• Can someone tell how to activate Ethernet, since uncommenting the following definitions in the hardware definition for the Pixhawk5X seems to bring compiling issues :

• Should we make it clear on the Pixhawk 5X Ardupilot documentation page that Ethernet is currently not working ? I bought it based on this just for this functionnality..
