Add Hosted MCP server tool support

Describe the feature

While Responses API provides hosted MCP server tool support, this SDK does not yet support it yet. We're already working on this feature addition, so it will be available sometime soon!

I had implemented this in my fork (except for the require_approval part), but I just saw it’s now assigned to you.
Is this issue still open for contribution? If so, I’d be happy to submit my changes and I’m also happy to take it over if that’s possible! Here is the PR: #30

@yusuf-eren Thank you for your interest! Actually I already have 90%-done branch, which includes the approval part, for this. It needs more testing though.

I just quickly checked your PR and your changes are mostly the same with my one. I will come up with my pull request soon, so how about collaborating on it? Your inputs and reviews will be greatly appreciated!
