Add an llms.txt file that: - Describes uv and its capabilities - Instructs LLMs to use explicit index.md paths when fetching docs (returns clean markdown instead of rendered HTML with JS/CSS) - Provides a categorized index of all documentation pages

I noticed that Claude did not request the
index.mdfiles when pointed tollms.txt
